I just worked up a good sweat.  I started a modified Couch 2 5k today.  On top of the Ab challenge I was already a week in to.  I feel…exhausted, but in a good way, like I’m actually making progress.   I actually went 1.25 miles in 35 min.  Not too shabby, right?  I think I’ll be able to actually run a 5k, by then end of this.  If Nothing else, I’ll be in better cardiovascular health by the end of my training.  Hopefully I’ll drop another 20 lbs too, but…better I know the boyfriend would like it for me to wear a bikini, but yeah…not so much my goal. Although if a trip to florida can be arrainged…
